Role Description

Edge Home Finance Corp. has Opportunities for NMLS Licensed Mortgage Loan Originators and Branch Managers to focus on expanding our origination footprint in 43 states. 

This is a remote work at your own discretion role that includes working with clients over the phone and internet. Candidates should maintain a well-managed pipeline while providing exceptional customer service to every borrower, and should feel comfortable with technology-driven applications. The candidate should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and should be committed to following applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Active State NMLS License(s)
• Two or more years of experience in mortgage loan origination, processing, underwriting, or closing
• Demonstrated success in achieving monthly sales goals and a track record of self-sourcing new business
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Familiarity with current mortgage lending regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work independently while meeting team goals
• Positive attitude, flexible, and solution-oriented
